This summer, we kicked off Neighbors In Touch, our minor home repair and rehabilitation program. Please contact us to see how you can help. Projects range from yardwork to building wheelchair ramps to organizing closets, and will be ongoing throughout the fall and winter. |

Volunteer Opportunities
Please check back with us as more volunteer opportunities come up.
Thank You for your Support! |
Volunteers are welcome to come to our office to do reassurance calls or general office work at any time. Please call and let us know when you are planning to come in. Special projects are also noted on our calendar. Upcoming volunteer opportunities include fundraising during Mountaineer Week at our display in the Mountainlair, raking leaves on November 15th for Rake N’ Run, and escorting clients on a day trip for the Christmas Season. |
We ask volunteers to fill out a simple information form and confidentiality agreement to protect the privacy of our clients. Our only requirement is that volunteers are 18 years or older and have the ability to fulfill our confidentiality and telephone reassurance guidelines. |
We often have special projects or events for our clients away from the office. Occasionally we need large groups of volunteers for Neighbors In Touch. If your group is interested in planning a project, please call or e-mail our director. |

WVU Volunteers can track your hours here! The United Way’s Volunteer Reporter is up and running! We encourage you to record your hours. This helps provide a record for both you and our agency. |
