Volunteers are greatly needed to do reassurance calls. We also have other volunteer opportunities almost daily in our office. Please call and let us know when you are planning to come in.
Special projects are also noted on our calendar. Ongoing volunteer opportunities include walking with seniors at Lifestride, photographing clients, scrapbooking, Neighbors in Touch, visiting clients in assisted living facilities, and general office assistance. |
|
We often have special projects or events for our clients away from the office. Occasionally we need large groups of volunteers for Neighbors In Touch. If your group is interested in planning a project, please call or e-mail our director, Valerie Hose Romec. |

We ask volunteers to fill out a simple information form and confidentiality agreement to protect the privacy of our clients. Our only requirement is that volunteers are 18 years or older and have the ability to fulfill our confidentiality and telephone reassurance guidelines. |

WVU Volunteers can track your hours here!
The United Way's Volunteer Reporter is up and running! We encourage you to record your hours. This helps provide a record for both you and our agency. |
